We have ordered from Pizza King before and were so impressed as the pizzas we got were amazing. At the weekend on the way home we thought we would order it again. I placed an order online selected the pizza, left a note for the chief to add the pineapple to the Margherita pizza so it wasn’t confused and selected collection which was very quick and simple which is a plus. They said it will be ready in 10 minutes, again plus! When we collected the gentleman behind counter was kind, but one thing I noticed, they didn’t ask for details before handing over pizza (such as name etc) I could have been anybody picking it up. Then when we got home, the pepperoni pizza had the pineapple pieces with it. So I had to pick out the pineapple pieces and put it on the Margherita which by the time I finished doing that my pizza was cold and so was my partners, I don’t know if the chef didn’t see the note I left or it didn’t print. As well the pizzas weren’t cut properly, no biggy I cut them myself. It could all be because maybe they were over busy and things were missed. Either way we will ordering again as the pizza are delicious but I would say just a bit of attention to the small things go along way. Other than that, the app was easy to use, the service was quick and staff were kind!
